Refunds for Goods

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law.

  • If you have changed your mind, you may return the item by post for a full refund once proof of postage has been received.
