After years working across the beauty industry and studying cosmetic chemistry, I created Seadragon Organic to do things differently.

Fewer ingredients. Smarter combinations. Thoughtfully formulated skincare for midlife skin, built around clinically supported marine bio-actives and certified organic ingredients.

What I saw too often were products designed around marketing trends rather than meaningful formulation; long ingredient lists, unnecessary fillers, and routines that became increasingly complicated and expensive.

So I simplified the ritual.

Just four multi-purpose products, carefully formulated to work together to support hydration, barrier function, brightness, and visible signs of ageing; high-performing skincare designed with intention, not excess.

Packaging That Actually Breaks Down

Navigating the sea of eco-friendly packaging options for Seadragon Organic has been a meticulous journey, trying hard to balance durability, aesthetics and environmental impacts.

In late 2026, all tubes and jars for our skincare products will be infused with plant material, allowing the plastic to break down in landfill within just 6 to 10 years.

My pledge to sustainability is to continue to review packaging options as new materials become commercially available.

I hope to collaborate with an Australian company that is developing a 100% plastic-free bio-polymer made from kelp — one designed to biodegrade in landfill. If successful, it will represent an exciting step forward in reducing cosmetic packaging waste and creating a truly sustainable system.
