Welcome to the Seadragon Organic Affiliate Program.
By joining our program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which outline how our affiliate system works and what’s expected from all participants. Please read them carefully before joining.

1. Overview

The Seadragon Organic Affiliate Program (“Program”) rewards individuals who share Seadragon Organic products with their communities. Affiliates earn a commission for eligible sales made through their unique affiliate link.

Participation in the Program indicates your full agreement with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to join.
• Affiliates must have an active PayPal for payments.
• Seadragon Organic reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application for any reason.
• Affiliates who are existing customers are especially welcome – this program is designed to reward loyalty and authentic advocacy.

3. Commission & Payment

• Commission rate: 10% of the total sale amount (excluding tax and shipping).
• Payment schedule: Payment is automatic on the 15th of each month, once minimum has been reached ($8 AU)
• Refunds or cancellations: If a customer requests a refund or returns a product, the related commission will be deducted from the next payout.
• Minimum payout threshold: $8 AUD before payment is issued].
• Tracking: All referrals are tracked automatically through WooCommerce using your unique affiliate link.
• Seadragon Organic is not responsible for lost or untracked sales resulting from the customer clearing cookies or using another device.

4. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates are encouraged to share Seadragon Organic in an authentic and ethical way.

Affiliates must:

• Represent the brand honestly and respectfully.
• Use approved brand assets where appropriate (Canva templates, images, and product details).
• Disclose their affiliate relationship clearly (e.g. “I’ve partnered with Seadragon Organic because I love their skincare…” or #SeadragonPartner).
• Only make claims that are accurate and consistent with the information provided by Seadragon Organic.

Affiliates must not:

• Use spam, misleading links, or deceptive practices.
• Bid on Seadragon Organic brand keywords or create paid ads impersonating the brand.
• Share discount codes publicly that were not provided for affiliate use.
• Post offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content that could damage Seadragon Organic’s reputation.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, logos, product images, and written materials provided to affiliates remain the property of Seadragon Organic.
Affiliates may use these assets only to promote Seadragon Organic and must not alter them in a way that misrepresents the brand.

6. Termination

Seadragon Organic reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time, without notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Misrepresentation of the brand
• Inactivity or misuse of affiliate materials

Affiliates may also opt out of the Program at any time by notifying Seadragon Organic in writing.

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions on non-finalised sales will be forfeited.

7. Communication & Updates

All official communication will occur via hello@seadragonorganic.com.au.
Affiliates may receive occasional updates, newsletters, or new promotional materials. Participation in the program implies consent to receive these communications.

8. Limitation of Liability

Seadragon Organic is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
We make no guarantees regarding the success or profitability of any affiliate’s marketing efforts.

9. Amendments

Seadragon Organic reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of significant updates via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of South Australian courts.
