I’ve worked in skincare labs for close to a decade. And what I saw over and over? Products packed with trends, fillers, and claims, but no real results.
So I stripped it all back.
Just four multitasking products, formulated with marine bio-actives and smart ingredient pairings; products built for results, not reels.
I was disillusioned by the advertising strategies of other brands that intentionally mislead consumers about the green status of their products, so I formulated and created a brand with authenticity at its core.

Creatively plays a large part of the development of every Seadragon Organic product. The creation of my products requires high levels of creativity whilst harnessing green chemistry principles.
Seadragon Organic is independently third party audited twice yearly by Australian Certified Organic, so you know the products and packaging are held to the highest international standards.
After four years as a product developer I returned to tertiary study to become a qualified cosmetic chemist to ensure I knew the latest advances in organic skincare formulation.
When you take away all possible ingredients that are either directly derived from fossil fuels or have a fossil fuels component the remaining ingredients list is clean, pure, and sustainable.
Navigating the sea of eco-friendly packaging options for Seadragon Organic has been a meticulous journey, trying hard to balance durability, aesthetics and environmental impacts.
In early 2026, all tubes and jars for our skincare products will be infused with plant material, allowing the plastic to break down in landfill within just 6 to 10 years.
My pledge to sustainability is to continue to review packaging options as new materials become commercially available.
I hope to collaborate with an Australian company that is developing a 100% plastic-free bio-polymer made from kelp — one designed to biodegrade in landfill. If successful, it will represent an exciting step forward in reducing cosmetic packaging waste and creating a truly sustainable system.
